As a clinical supervisor the past 15 years my focus is always on building a safe space for reflection that grows self-awareness, connection and balance. Supervision is about thinking together through psychological safety. Supervision is driven by your learning needs and focuses on identifying and leveraging your strengths.
Clinically my skills and experience are varied across acute and community environments. My professional development focus has been supervision and neurodivergent populations. My passion is supporting children and young people to develop functional skills in their natural environments. As a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming Occupational Therapist, my focus is on creating inclusive, empowering spaces that nurture growth for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about nature and love racing my mountain bike. I strive for a balanced life, and growth — a value that fuels my energy and commitment to helping others thrive.

Style of Supervision
Supervision should be transformative and support the supervisee to feel empowered while providing an environment of psychological safety. It is driven by the learning needs of the supervisee. Supervision will focus on identifying and building the strengths and skills of the supervisee. Together we discuss preferred learning styles and develop goals for supervision.
“We do not learn from experience, we learn from reflecting on experience.”
