Amanda Leane
Director/Occupational Therapist
Amanda is an Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of experience working across hospital, community, and private practice settings in Tasmania and interstate. She is deeply passionate about teaching, training, community work, leadership, and professional supervision.
Through her clinical practice, teaching and supervision, Amanda is committed to embedding neurodiversity-affirming approaches throughout the Launceston community. Her goal is to help create a world where everyone feels connected, valued, and a true sense of belonging.
Amanda’s clinical expertise lies in supporting neurodivergent children, young people, and their families to develop functional life skills in real-world environments. She completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) at the University of South Australia in 2010 and is registered with AHPRA.
Outside of work, Amanda is an avid mountain bike rider and racer who also loves hiking and camping with her family. She gives back to her community as a volunteer respite and emergency carer for children.
Nathan Chase
Therapy Assistant
Nathan has over five years of experience delivering Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Speech Therapy assistant programs to NDIS participants in private practice settings. He primarily supports neurodivergent children and young people, helping them develop functional skills, confidence, and independence through meaningful, real-world activities.
Nathan is dedicated to making a positive impact both professionally and within his community. He volunteers as a respite and emergency carer for children and serves as a remote area firefighter, reflecting his strong sense of care and community service.
Outside of work, Nathan is passionate about endurance sports — he is an ultra-marathon runner and an enthusiastic mountain bike rider, always seeking new challenges.
